I will fully risk assess the area located for Henny before bringing him into your event. If anything considered a potential risk we can quickly rectify it, this is for everyone’s safety.
There must be no loose dogs, really loud music, strange loud noises, or screaming children that could unsettle him where Henny in his allocated area. He is most happy in a calm environment. Henny is also absolutely fine with bouncy castles and balloons so you wont need to deflate any castles or not have a beautiful balloon display.
Also we advise that everyone MUST wear closed toe shoes to keep little feet as safe as possible. Unicorns can be unpredictable, they are live animals so we want you and your guests to be as safe as possible. Also please don’t book a visit while food is being served, unless of course you don’t mind Henny joining you for tea!
We take no responsibility for children not willing to listen to safety instructions. If we feel that Henny is not happy in any situation he will be removed immediately to a calmer, more quiet location until the issue has been rectified and he is calm again.
